Final fees depend on the complexity and scope of each matter and are discussed and agreed before work commences. Invoices are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) within the timeframe specified in the Engagement Agreement. Overdue amounts may attract interest in accordance with Malaysian law.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this website at any time without notice. Termination of a legal services engagement is governed by the relevant Engagement Agreement. On termination, clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of this website shall first be subject to good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. For disputes arising from legal service engagements, the terms of the Engagement Agreement apply.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Duskfield regarding use of this website. We may update these Terms at any time by updating this page.
